Quick question that I've been meaning to ask but keep forgetting.

How do you keep track of the health of NPCs? Is it something you do on Roll20? Last week was the first time I've had multiple skeletons on the go, and I could really do with something for keeping track of their health. I suppose I could build myself a spreadsheet for it, but just wondering if there's an easier way. Would it be a lot of effort to give me extra tokens that I could move myself? I have four named skeletons (Opus would want to name them, but I mostly did it so I could tell me various text macros apart for when they attack), and while I'm not planning on having more, I guess it depends on where the story goes. I want to keep track of them myself rather than forcing Pete to do it.

Yeah, each token can have current and max HP entered against it in Roll20, which is how I track it in combat. I should be able to assign skeletons to you which you can drag onto the board and control, and presumably you'll be able to edit the HP on them (you can double-click a token to show details). Might not be ready for tonight, though. ;)

Oh that's fine. Can they be named by me or is that part of how you set them up? If it's the latter, I suppose I ought to give you their names:

Remnant on the Water
Withered Melody
Refrain of Autumn
Bernard

I figured a Tabaxi would give them Tabaxi names. Later he realises that there aren't many Tabaxi around, so tries to do a human one, and Bernard is the most human name he could think of.

I feel I have to include an elf called Trevor to balance things out at some point.

I should be able to create a separate named token for each skeleton, rather than a single skeleton token that has multiple instances.

I think I may have to give this week a miss. I've torn some muscles in my neck/shoulder and not to sound like Mustafa from Austin Powers, but I'm in quite a large amount of pain. :?

Sorry, I think I may need to take another week. It's kind of manageable during the day, but after a full day of work at my desk it's distractingly bad. I thought I'd got it under control with naproxen and some exercises but physically getting out of bed this morning was an undignified ordeal. I think it may be a slipped disc high on the spine rather than a muscle tear.

If it's no better next week I'm hoping my GP will be able to give some better advice than "wait and see". Assuming they're not on strike.

It feels like "take this new medication and call if you're still in agony in 6 weeks" is about all GPs do these days.

Rest up Pete, hope it clears up sooner rather than later.

I've slipped a disc before and it is brutal, hope you feel better soon.
