Played 67 of them, albeit some on arcade cabinets, some on friends consoles while stoned years ago (but still played them) and in one case played the original rather than remastered. Some strange choices on there - Forza 7 is a far inferior game to Forza 4 for example.

IK+ is a belter, I remember that fondly.

Some older titles that I would have had on there had the list been mine to compile:
- Adventure (Atari 2600)
- Paradroid (C64/Amiga)
- Skooldaze/Back 2 Skool (Spectrum)
- Speedball 2 (Amiga)
- Sensible Soccer (Amiga)
- Syndicate (Amiga/PC)
- Populous (Amiga)
- Grand Prix 2

You using a PS2 emulator there or was it available on PC?

Didn't smoking reduce your health but stopped you from freezing or something like that?
PS2 emulator, I have the re-releases they did for PS3 and that's how I played MGS2, but I don't have that system hooked up.

Second MGS3 video is up. I've switched over to the Subsistence version as the camera is much better, I don't think I would have kept playing with the old control scheme.

Games 3 and 4 were not great experiences so no full videos, instead I recorded some of my thoughts about the games.

JRPGs are weird. I've played a few and enjoyed them but that Earthbound just sounds too weird.

Elite was awesome when it first came out but, yup, very dated now. Elite Dangerous the newer version is way better but (and I haven't checked) probably isn't on the scratch card of games.

Yeah it's not and I would have scratched it off if it was as I've played Elite Dangerous. I don't think there is a JRPG that I have ever enjoyed, I'm currently playing Yakuza 7 which is basically a JRPG now and even my love for the series is struggling against the JRPG combat.

I don't get JRPGs. I find Japanese stories within games to be utterly impenetrable and have never enjoyed JRPG mechanics. I am at the point now where as soon as I see the letters appear in a preview/review the title automatically drops off my radar.

I admire how you're able to keep your language to a family friendly level  I'd be turning the air blue with expletives playing a game like that.

I see anything that even remotely likes like a JRPG and I run a mile.

Forgot how much it doesn't help you when playing older games :)
Eye of the Beholder was way better :)

There is a manual for the game but I have taken the stance that it is more fun if I go in blind. :D
