Re: Crash Team Racing Remastered

Can now confirm that this is brilliant. I don't think I've ever seen such a lovingly done remaster. The handling and controls are perfectly preserved, the graphics are excellent, the additional elements they've added in with character design and animation are all just perfect. There's a fair few ext...

Re: The Room 101 thread - for things you hate or just having a bloody good moan

People who don't indicate for pedestrians do my head in just as much as when I'm driving. Either they veer off at the last second down a side road and I could have crossed ages ago if they'd just indicated. Or they turn straight into my path off a main road and nearly flatten me because I started to...

Re: Crash Team Racing Remastered

Eagerly awaiting my copy, but I won't be around to play it over the next couple of weeks.

Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes

How much of this campaign has been home-brewed or just made up on the spot so far? I didn't even realise that there was any official material out there for 5th edition covering Neverwinter and we've been in the city for quite some time. I'm enjoying how much intrigue there is compared to our more st...

I just had a look at the spell table for my class. You get so many cool little features with this path but boy are you punished on the amount of spell slots available per short rest!

I feel like we are embracing our role as the town's protectors quite well in that regard.

Re: Space Crusade Mission 3: Interception

Now may be a good time to have a break for a bit then. I'm on a course for two weeks from next Monday so my availability is going to be heavily limited to only an hour or two an evening anyway, so it'd be nice to not have to try to keep up with the moves.

Re: Bloodstained

I was wondering what exactly justified the high price considering you can get so many better looking Castlevania style games for much less. The character models in this look so amateurish, like a PS Vita launch title or something.

Re: The Elephant in the Room - Brexit

We are beyond a joke of a nation, Johnson is just the nail in the coffin. A backward looking European backwater where standards have been slipping for years and where an ever present underlying xenophobic and racist contingent has been slowly simmering over the top, all while the best things about B...

Re: The Elephant in the Room - Brexit

Boris Johnson is actually going to be the Prime Minister of the UK. Let that sink in for a moment.

Re: Space Crusade Mission 3: Interception

I'm fine to carry on at a slower pace or with a break. It doesn't take much time out of my day to pop on to make all my moves and I'm quite enjoying seeing what comes next with the missions.

Re: Space Crusade Mission 3: Interception

Ah yes, sorry about that, I think that's the first time I've actually managed to use the plasma gun to cut through multiple targets so may have forgotten about that little feature.

Plasma to N19
Missile to Q18
Assault to T22
