Cool, might check it out.
I assume the dastardly Dutch were to blame for everything in the end?

Re: Anthem [PC, PS4, XBone] - February 22nd 2019
I got just as much enjoyment out of Andromeda, if not more, than the earlier ME games. Just had a terrible launch and a poorly voice-acted character (who was annoyingly present in the opening section of the game) but I started playing it after the major bugfix patch and had a great time. Likewise w...

Re: Anthem [PC, PS4, XBone] - February 22nd 2019
Bioware were done after Mass Effect 2. Are we at the stage where they have made more mediocre games than good ones? Cant be far off it, if they're not there already. I think if you were to create a chart or graph the trend/trajectory would be deeply worrying at this point. A week or so ago I starte...

Re: Epic Games launch their Steam competitor
Just like Thimbleweed, Slime Rancher is well worth a go for a freebie if you're already using the Epic store. It's a bit cutesy and simple (I bought it mainly to play with the kids) but there are worse ways to while away a few hours.

User score 1.1
Is EA already dragging Bioware out behind the woodshed, rifle in hand?

Even knowing how meh people have said it is, that score has surprised me a bit!
For comparison they gave Fallout 76 60%

Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
 I seem to recall my nieces knowingly and unnecessarily sent someone to a gruesome wolf-induced death in what was intended to be a family-friendly, non-violent Christmas adventure. By the end, they’d deceived Santa into keeping them off the naughty list due to wanton slaughter. Love it. ...

Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
I won't fill the thread up with this stuff, but just wanted to say we just had a very quick trial of our family game, just with the girls as my wife wasn't available. Any concerns that they wouldn't be comfortable with any violence evaporated at the point they eviscerated a pair of hunters (having f...

Bethesda bans a player... who had played for over 900 hours... for having too much ammo. :| https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bT8STHunM8k No part of that isn't arresting... 900 hours spent playing this pos and Bethesda, under the cosh for the quality (lack thereof) of the game as well as a seemingly e...

Re: The return of the D&D campaign: This time it's potatoes
It's been quite the week. Thanks for the rundown on being killed/knocked unconscious as well. It's good to know our situation isn't quite as grave as I thought when we signed off last night. I'm pretty sure I have a healing potion in my pack and will get my turn before the fearsome bugbears, so thin...
