Re: Google Stadia

They just announced that Gylt and Metro Exodus will be joining Stadia Pro in February, at the same time Rise of the Tomb Raider and Samurai Showdown will be leaving. Still no news on when the free tier will be available.

Re: Kentucky Route Zero

I've already played Acts 1-4 previously as I bought this when it first came out. Currently working my way through it again before playing Act 5, played 1 and 2 yesterday with a break inbetween each act. Still a great game with some amazing music and visuals.

Re: Currently Playing

Sekiro Went back to this over the weekend after putting it down last year due to certain mechanics being a bunch of poo, I'm looking at you Blood Root. Now that I have managed to push that to the side I'm having a bit more fun although I still nearly put it down again. It's not that I find it too d...

I see everyone referring to an app or client or such like. Isn't that just the windows store? Or am I missing something?
There is an Xbox app which is in beta.

Re: Rockstar Games Presents Tax Evasion ft. Blizzard

Would these be the jobs that existed before the tax relief became a thing? Such tripe that one of the most successful developers in the world claims that these tax breaks are vital to them employing people, all they are doing is allowing them to make bigger profits.

Re: Xbox Game Pass for PC

Not had any problems here. There have been a few issues with choosing drives but that seems to have been sorted when the app updated.

I found it dipped in quality in the middle and seemed very cut and paste but picked up again nearer the end :)
That's interesting as I felt it was at it's best in the middle when you reached Monarch, once you reached Byzantium the game tailed off a bit and it all felt a bit rushed.

Subtle it ain't, but I have no problem with it. Then again, I think that Bottom is the height of comedy genius ;)
The Housers wish they could write comedy as good as Bottom.

I overreacted, I'll admit. I was however shocked at how many people have turned on Rockstar's humour, seemingly all of a sudden. Or maybe I haven't been paying attention until now ¬_¬
I've disliked it since GTA IV.

Re: The Watch

I must admit, I don't immediately think 'Discworld' when I see those photos. But, who knows. I thought The Witcher would be shit when the early Henry Cavill and filming photos came out, and that ended up being one of my favourite shows of last year. I think the difference there is that the original...

The Watch

First shots have been released of BBC America's adaptation of the Terry Pratchett series and it looks awful. No mention of Nobbs or Colon, Angua appears to be the world's smallest warewolf and is the person training Carrot, not the other way around. Cheery as a dwarf is taller than Angua and Vimes j...

Re: Horizon Zero Dawn [PS4, PC] - Coming to PC 2020

You've seemed very down on stuff in the last couple of days, Dj - post about something you're enjoying! :) :D It's just a coincidence. I do find most of the big tentpole games nowadays very bland though and don't think people should be wasting massive amounts of money on them when there are so many...
