Re: VR!

The reason I ask is a friend of mine's son is interested in buying my Rift 2nd hand, and if there is a good enough deal to be done I might take it and jump to the Index.

Re: Daily forum quiz thread

I was going to ask you if you had been raised C of E, or some other denomination. I myself was raised in a ...

Re: The H.P. Lovecraft Reading Club

It isn't just the racism though. "Our modern worship of empty ideals is ludicrous. What does the condition of the rabble matter? All we need do is to keep it as quiet as we can. What is more important, is to perpetuate those things of beauty which are of real value because involving actual sense-imp...

Re: The H.P. Lovecraft Reading Club

I hope it is homage, not plagiarism :) I absolutely loved it, and while I got the 'Roderick Usher' reference I did not know any of the other fun facts. For me too the exploration of the church was the high point. The comment about the saints resonated with me too - it made me think of Michelangelo's...

Re: VR!

Am jealous.

That said, been doing engineering stuff on Elite which means buggy use, so have not been near the VR for a while now. Buggy in VR is the vomet comet for me.
