Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series

Crazy Ex Girlfriend A bit sad that’s it wrapped up, it’s been my go to guilty pleasure for quite a while now. Some great stuff in it and it’s always been worth a laugh or two. It didn’t conclude all that satisfyingly but st the same time they couldn’t really have went any other way without it headi...

Re: Capcom Home Arcade - October 25th

That’s not an awful price if it’s well made. They are using sanwa so it sounds like it could be. I payed more than that for two TE2+sticks to bolt together in the two player config. The lack of CPS3 is befuddling though. I’m real curious what the internals look like, if it’s a Pi I could be an aweso...

Woop!

The first is actually one of my favourite 360 games! One of the few that made XBLIG worthwhile.

This months humble monthly early unlock is AssCreed Origins which I’m quite happy about as I nearly bought it for 15 last month :)

Re: Currently Playing

After owning it for oh... 2+ years? I finally fired up Offworld Trading Company and its really enjoyable! I thought it would be an almost "clicker" type of game that would be relaxing and fairly mindless but man it can get quite stressful! Its not a massively deep game, its more a game of spinning p...

BF2s campaign is worth that. Even for Shriv alone. A lot f the writing is better than a lot of the main movies.

Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series

Star Trek Discovery Everything in the universe no matter how big or small directly relates to Michael. Every other character is just her props and foils. It’s such lazy cliched writing. It’s an enjoyable watch but the missed potential with this is irritating. ...and in this ep she finds a lone surv...

Re: Valve Index

The vive didn’t really care how much you bashed the base stations, it would obviously throw the headset out of whack momentarily but that was it.

I’m not sure if I prefer sticks or touchpad. The touch pads are surprisingly versatile in VR.

Re: Currently Playing

I always thought that was a strange pull for them considering the innumerable movie quotes they could have pulled that would be more relevant but then I’m pretty sure “this is the” in the intro is Picard so whatever!
