Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series

Reg and Wes episodes can get fucked, I'd take 100 Holodeck eps rather than those.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

The Little Princess Stowaway The Little Colonel I don’t particularly like kids. I don’t want any of my own and other people’s generally annoy me. I can’t imagine I’d like Shirley Temples movies, right? I’d only seen her in the Batchelor and The Bobbysoxer but that’s when she was grown up, as a daft...

He has a point though. What else would work? You couldn’t create some sort of an organization that could create a treaty in the North Atlantic. A League of Nations? That’s silly!

Re: The Room 101 thread - for things you hate or just having a bloody good moan

My electricity is about 180 a month, I just leave the DD at 230 then come Christmas I do a refund and Christmas is way less painful because you kind of forget about it and boom, "free" £600 quid! :p. Re: I Just Watched (Films)

Four films in a row I've really really enjoyed. Harvey Jimmy Stewart and his best friend, an invisible six foot rabbit, wander around making friends and being nice to everyone. For some strange reason people think he's crazy and try and intervene but he takes it all in his stride. I think its the mo...

Pluribus
Vince Gilligan's new show and you can tell it in every lingering shot. I'm really enjoying it. Its tag line "The most miserable person on Earth must save the world from happiness." doesn't quite sum it up but it doesn't not sum it up either.

Re: General TV News

Oh man, this would never happen but what if this ends up as an earth based mission to save Robert Carlisle and the finale features the cast of universe, aged as they are, hinting at 10+ seasons of adventures they’ve been having that we didn’t get to see. Yeah, I would be on board for that!
