Re: Playstation & Sony News/Discussion

MM was a PS4 ass looking game in the event footage, real weird they lead with that. Horizon is a bit surprising but wasnt it originally announced as a PS4 title or was that just when it wasn’t officially announced? If they were going cross gen So the only game on next gen I’m moderately interested ...

Re: Playstation & Sony News/Discussion

Lower prices than I expected but again like Microsoft nothing that looks next gen and nothing really coming at launch, Demon Souls the only worthwhile PS5 first party exclusive. Few other little bits. Price of Sony Worldwide Studio games will be £70 in most cases, €80 if you live in Europe which is ...

Re: Time for a PC Upgrade

Leaks wise it is fine but you obviously have an extra point of failure because of the pump. Performance wise there isn't a massive amount in it if you are using a good air cooler, same goes for the noise. As Hatredsheart said the major benefit of them for people is that you don't have a giant fan si...

Going down the emulation route will make it easier to create more collections in the future, say a Metroid Prime collection.

Yeah that's the risk with starting your own religion. Holy wars are a really powerful tool but you don't want them to be used against you.

Re: Crusader Kings 3: on Steam and PC Game Pass

No it isn't possible to buy territory. Your best bet is to have a look at the succession for that area and see if you can do a bit of murdering so that it falls into the hands of someone less powerful. I've sort of reached a similar point in my game where I will have to take on England in order to u...

Re: The F1 thread

It’s a double-edged sword, though, because the likes of Verstappen get a DNF through no fault of their own. He had a heavy shunt from behind, but there’s a good chance he could have continued if he hadn’t been beached. And considering the reasonable performance Red Bull had, he might have had a loo...

Re: The F1 thread

Yeah without the incidents I think it would have been a fairly dull race, as is usually the case nowadays. I have to say though it was nice to see a course with gravel traps that punish drivers for making mistakes, I've got so used to huge run-off areas that allow drivers to mess up and just come ba...

looks like Ubi went cheap with Indian company that's been around for some time.......
I think you are being a bit unfair in assuming that it looks the way it does because it is an Indian company that will have lower wages, plenty of highly paid developers have put out crap looking games.

Re: Crusader Kings 3: on Steam and PC Game Pass

Can anyone explain to me the benefit of creating a kingdom? The game keeps urging me to create the Kingdom of Ireland, which yesterday I did. Then my ruler, who was king of Wales and Ireland, died, and his heir didn't inherit Ireland, which instead went to his uncle (the dead king's brother, who he...

It would be OK if they broke the alliance and there was some kind of penalty but they were still allied to me just not helping me anymore.

Re: Crusader Kings 3: on Steam and PC Game Pass

CK3 has the same depth as CK2 but it does a better job of surfacing the information you need in a more player friendly way, it also has a better tutorial. The best way to play is just play the tutorial and go with the flow, not worrying too much about what happens and try and learn the systems. My j...

Ubisoft Pune has been around since 2008 and Mumbai since 2018.
