Re: General Gaming News

Maybe I'm just getting old and jaded but that was a big pile of nope for me. Outriders doesn't look too bad though, what Anthem probably wanted to be. The beta was supremely average. Not bad, just another waist-high wall cover shooter loot grind. Felt like The Division for the most part, but the gu...

New blood always welcome Tommy, nice to see a new name in there.

Re: I Just Watched (Films)

The Mule Clint Eastwood shows that age is no reason for him not to make great films. He plays an old irascible horticulturalist who has travelled the US all his life and never once been stopped, he and his old truck are basically invisible, but who needs money. He gets introduced to members of a Me...

Re: Celebs are still dropping off....

Oh man words can't express this one, Murray was the voice of my childhood love of F1, the man whose voice guided me into a life of being a total petrolhead. Absolutely gutted to read this, total legend and will never be surpassed.

Re: Aaand, In Other News...

Yep, take him, Kate Hopkins, Paul Dacre, the Murdoch and Trump broods, Tommy Robinson and the whole conservative front bench, put them through a blender and feed them to the pigs. The world would be such a nicer place.

Did you bollock the old dear out of it or let the heinous crime slide? Looks like the war between those who are vaccinated and the pestilent masses has begun!!
I let it ride, I was too flabbergasted at the cheek to do anything but look on in wonderment.

Re: The Covid-19 Thread

There I was, right, queuing at the supermarket like a model citizen, with my mask nice and snug (it plays havoc with beard shape, you can't even begin to imagine), doused in enough sanitizer to clean a decent sized hospital, when I noticed my shoe was untied. So I bend down and quick as a flash this...

Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series

Kim Bauer - yes I remember having mixed feelings about her. On the one side she was fairly easy on the eye and tended to run about a lot jiggling for all she was worth, but she tended to be running into idiotic decisions and just derailing poor ol' Shouty Jack  I can't remember how far in we go...

Re: Outriders

Played this last night for a couple of hours. Seems alright, bit like The Division with less open world and shorter missions. I will look to hook up with others while playing as suspect it would be a better co-op experience.

Those are becoming fairly standard features across the board with a lot of titles already.
I am going to write a newsletter about this, can you help me and name these games - thanks Mantis
