Re: Daily forum quiz thread

It really doesn't help if you scroll past half the questions, does it? ¬_¬

Why does it not tell you that you haven't answered a question? It's multiple choice FFS; there's no advantage in not at least guessing.

Re: General Film News

Yeah, that's obscene; Rogue 1 shouldn't be that high. It certainly shouldn't be above Battle for Endor.

Re: Trump

RE: Impeachment, the House instigates proceedings and just needs a majority to do so, and the Democrats are quite likely to take control in the midterms. If they did instigate impeachment proceedings then it would be pushed to the Senate, which would never do anything about it because to actually co...

Re: Favourite Games

Anachronox This is definitely my wildcard entry, but I loved this game when I borrowed it from a friend. I loved the wacky humour and crazy hijinx. I was so happy when GoG finally released it, though of course it doesn't stand up to the test of time when things have progressed so much. It was a fla...

Re: Favourite Games

Super Mario 64 Probably the first game I have a lasting memory of as a Good Game (rather than things like Gorilla or POD on the PC that were basically only great because they were the only thing available at the time). I had a SNES beforehand, but this is the first game I have a proper memory of lo...

Re: Nvidia RTX 2080 and co. announced

I am now very happy to have bought my 1070Ti for £420 as it will not be upgraded for a very long time looking at those prices.

Don't worry, I'm always here to make everyone else look better.

The one question I got wrong today was one I actually went back and changed because I thought it was a trick question. FFS. ¬_¬

Re: Currently Playing

I've pre-ordered Two Point Hospital as well. I'm also not a fan of pre-ordering but for this I've made an exception because I need some Theme Hospital inspired goodness in my life. That was such a fantastic game.

Re: Favourite Films

I'm not sure I could pick one favourite, but two films I could watch over and over again are The Prestige and Cloud Atlas. RE: Gladiator, I got to see it live at the Royal Albert Hall a couple of months ago and it is still a fantastic film. I probably hadn't seen it in over a decade but to hear the ...

Re: Currently Playing

I still go back to Plunkbat now and then. Similarly I never really got on with Fortnite, but I've have a bit of fun with Realm Royale, Cuisine Royale, and Totally Accurate Battlegrounds just for the pure silliness of them.
