Re: Good TV (aka, the TV series spamthread), the second series
Top Boy on Netflix. Really brutal and uncompromising London-based crime drama. Harrowing but good.

Re: The gig thread
Yeah I left it too late to source tickets for that and am a bit disappointed. I have seen them at Brixton and nearly had my face melted, but they are one of very few bands that just work in a stadium setting.
Also can I just say, that fucking riff in Dicke Titten...

Re: Currently Playing
Chorvs First peeve, are we supposed to call it chorus? Why’s the v in there? Is it stylistic or…? Bah! It feels like freelancer but without the loot. It’s quite fun but I got annoyed by the VO and and it doesn’t seem like there’s much depth to any of it so I can’t see me sticking with it. Certain b...

Re: Currently Playing
You need to get that difficulty turned up Ken, get shot of those enemy silhouettes etc The Sniper Elite series is one of those best played with the difficulty ramped right up (although I do like to keep the 'bullet will hit here' marker on my scope) IMO.
Subbed you anyhow

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
Top Gun Maverick I was never a huge fan of the first film, due mainly to my having gone to college with a flesh-wand of the highest order who fixated on it, styled himself after the Maverick character (hair, clothes, aviator shades etc). Only seen it twice, once when it came out, once in advance of...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
I don't want to even hear the names Batman or Spiderman again in my lifetime. The latest Batman film is absolutely sensational Todd, in case you have not seen it. Really good film. IThe first was one of my favourite solo MCU films, so I'll be going into it with marginally higher expectations - I'll...

Oh hell yes. I think I got 10s into the actual game footage before the window was shut
TBH I have RDR2 and I don't need any other Cowboy game except for RDR3.

Re: Xbox Game Pass for PC
Part of me wants to say that the AI has been dumbed down a bit, like in many showcase-type vids over the years, so that the dev who's playing isn't embarrassed by getting splattered. Then again, this wasn't real-time play. Just not sure about it, but my 'big picture' comment to it all is that we ha...

Re: I Just Watched (Films)
I have generally not really liked the Marvel films, those that I have seen anyhow. I did see some of a Doctor Strange film but a completely batshit story and Benedict Cumberbatch overacting as usual, it was switched off before I was 15 minutes in. What I have always wondered is, given the wealth of ...

Fuck me ragged.
Where do I start. Wit? The only wit involved would be any fuckwit who bought the bloody thing. Theo Fennell? Might as well just call yourself Edwin Edwin and be done with it.
I wonder if they have licensed Heinz intellectual property on said item. I feel an email coming on...

Re: Spider-Man Remastered PC
Yeah am all over this. I have it on the PS4 but stopped playing half way through (my gaming time on the house TV is highly limited).
