I watched the Senate Intelligence Committee yearly hearing yesterday where Gabbard and Radcliffe were questioned about this, where they claimed no classified information was discussed in that Signal chat... Gabbard was notable by her non-committal, even failing to admit she was even part of the chat, and Radcliffe tried to play down the Signal presence as a "usual thing" and that also, nothing classified was discussed. It was obvious they didn't want to extend their culpability until "Team America" had straightened out how they want to swerve this... Basic premiss was a usual trumpian one — denigrate the journalist and his reputation and smear him rather than admit their fuck-up.
