People that put their recycling out for collection when there are 50mph winds. Like, I get it, if you don't put them out they're definitely not getting collected, but they're also definitely not getting collected when they've inevitably been blown loose down the street because not even a wheelie bin is going to stay standing in that much wind, and there's no way you're going to manage to pick it all back up once you get home when it's been blowing around for 9 hours. Every time there's a storm on a tuesday, the estate I live on ends up with dozens of pieces of litter spread across it.

Yeah, it's not bin day where I am but there was still a bunch of bins flying down the road earlier. Also had to go out in the storm first thing to try and find the latch to my back garden gate, which had been wrenched clean off the concrete fence post, leaving the gate swinging in the wind. Not fun.
