So the FBI are now taking possession of the original ballots from the 2020 presidential election, from a county that was a narrow win for Biden. The News Agents podcast have an interview with an election official from that county, who has what I think is a realistic idea of what's going to happen next. The administration will say they've done a recount of the votes, found that Trump won in a landslide, and then (in my opinion) have a few token officials arrested for tampering with an election. They then use this as evidence of widespread election fraud, and police the polling stations in the midterms at the end of the year.

Feels like those midterms are going to take place, but be as rigged as they are in Russia.

The stuff coming out on the released Epstein Files is wild. Bill Gates getting an STD, Musk begging to come to one of the parties, multiple accounts of rape involving Trump, murders and forced abortions. Both of Trump's sons are mentioned in one statement about a rape and bodies buried on golf courses. Some of it sounds utterly fantastical, which might be deliberate, but then there's other things that don't. Trump's name comes up several thousand times in a document released by an agency he controls.

Also the guy who directed the Melania film above is seen in a photo with 2 very young girls.

Even if a fraction of it is true, the implications of what these people got to up are grotesque. But unless any of it can be verified, nothing will happen. And the FBI under Kash Patel wouldn't do anything even if it could be verified.

In a normal world, this would be the long overdue moment when Trump and his cabal of murdering, raping monsters get what's coming to them. Instead it's yet another dump on the shitheap of what it will take for MAGA to finally admit that Trump is not the Messiah. It's the endgame of Nixon's infamous claim that if the President does it, it's not a crime (unless you're Biden).

This is how every single story about Trump should be covered; mention a current event, then in the same breath mention one of the many repugnant things that administration is doing for the actual context. Frankly I think every sentence should begin with "Alleged child molester and baby murderer Donald Trump...", but that's just me.

Some interesting details around Epstein's death have been revealed in the latest batch of files (not directly Trump related, but somehow this feels like the most appropriate thread). The Office of Public of Affairs for the Department of Justice drafted a statement announcing that Epstein had been found unresponsive in his cell the day before he died. The DOJ claimed that they draft these sort of statements as a matter of course so they're ready to go if needed, but they apparently don't have a library of such emails to support that claim.

The chief medical officer for Epstein's autopsy, Dr Barbara Sampson (who wasn't actually present during the autopsy), spent four days reviewing the evidence after his death and remained inconclusive until she had a meeting with the DOJ where she asked for a guarantee that nobody had entered the area where his cell was in the hours before he died. She was given that guarantee, which directly led to her conclusion that it was suicide, despite another doctor (who was present at the autopsy) protesting that the vertebrae damage was not consistent with the supposed method of suicide.

The DOJ failed to mention to her the person briefly seen on camera entering the cell area - the same bit of footage which the FBI last year tried to pretend didn't exist. Also, guess who was in attendance at the meeting with Dr Sampson: Kerri Kupec, Director of the Office of Public Affairs for the DOJ - the same office that drafted an email several days earlier predicting Epstein's death.

Immediately after Trump's first term ended, Kupec was given a high-profile job at Fox News, where she has apparently been noted for not talking about Epstein when her fellow hosts do. She has also refused to testify before Congress regarding Epstein, citing executive privilege.

Bottom line: too many names with influence were implicated in his crimes and finances, the nexus of FSB/Mossad contact, too, all point to one conclusion.
Which begs the question: Does Ghislaine have more "connections" protecting her from the same fate?
