Had my booster today. From getting out of the car to back in was probably five minutes. Incredibly efficient.

EDIT: Jesus the reaction from this one wasn't far off the first one. Didn't kick in until the middle of the night. Thank God I had most of my Christmas shopping to go out and do, took my mind off it... :x

Actual EDIT: I've had a bottle of red.

So my girlfriend now has it, my mate and all his family have it and a bunch of other people around them (all vaccinated and boostered). Luckily I haven't seen any of them for a bit and I'm down visiting my parents over Christmas. I'll have to stay here for a bit longer it seems.

Listening to a podcast today made me laugh if we consider Covid as the new Squid Game. So far never caught it - making me a survivor. \:D/

Had the chest infection I mentioned in the Xmas thread, took it out of me. Problem is of course the symptoms are nye on Omicron. The flow tests all came back negative but you still have to wonder.

Imagine getting whammed and covid'd in the same year, might well have been me.

I was exactly the same. Few days ago I woke up coughing, sweating but freezing too. I thought 'here we fucking go again'. Tested negative every day before and since.

WTF is that?! Reminds me of that Beauty and the Beast live action series that was on in the 90s.

I vaguely remember them in the news years ago, some french sci-fi TV series they created. They believed they were aliens in real life, and had plastic surgery that hideously deformed their faces....anti-vax is really ringing out the nutters.

He has not spoken about his vaccination status, but said publicly last April: "Personally I am opposed to vaccination and I wouldn't want to be forced by someone to take a vaccine in order to be able to travel."
What a way to destroy your own reputation. Not just an anti-vaxer, but one who’s greased wheels (and probably a few palms) to force himself into a country where its own citizens are being refused re-entry due to covid rules. And it’s all so he can have a clean sweep against minimal competition. Total scummer.

Forget how many grand slams he’s won - this will be what people point to in the future when the question is raised of whether he or Federer is the GOAT.

I suspect it'll more likely mean that there'll always be an asterisk next to those statistics in peoples' minds. Sadly I get the feeling that idiocy like this will be ignored in the history books.

His personal opinion should be respected but he should also be told to fuck off and not allowed to play until he is vaccinated. Letting dickheads like this get away with it just undermines any credibility the sport authority has.
