Fechr follows after, stabs the undead creature in the neck with his dagger, and begins attempting to saw through its neck. He makes some headway.

Malaiz and Giant Dances the Sea stand watching.

Pinned beneath the weight of Lord Magar, and stunned by the sudden assaults on its person, the creature is not able to act just yet, so the party may act again!

I raise an eyebrow and pick up the head.
