I think we had the right idea, we just chose the wrong piece of anatomy. "The Gamers Balls" would clearly have attracted more users.

I'm still a big fan of Testicle Talk. Never underestimate the power and punch that some hot alliteration can bring to the table.

Scrotum discourse surely only has a limited range of talking points though? Conversation would soon run dry, rather like an old man's low hanging testes.

Then there's a whole range of suitable moisturisers that can add longevity to any dried up ball conversation. Personally I'm an E45 guy myself, but I hear good things about Neutrogena. I may be swayed as E45 can be a little on the greasy side.

Since I condemned hot weather a few months ago, it seems only fitting that I praise the cold weather we've got at the moment. There is nothing I don't enjoy about it. I got back last night after a few nights away to find the house was down to 4.5c, and even that was a pleasing excuse to get the fan heater on. Seriously, if you've never blown a fan heater up your jumper on a cold day, you haven't lived.

Can't say I'm a fan. The last couple of days were a bit unreasonable.

I vote with Stormbringer on this one - I prefer warm to cold. Letting your house get down to 4.5c is bonkers.

I think my central heating has an 'auto on' minimum of 5c so at 4.5c it will kick in to warm it back up to 5.

+1 for colder days. I live in the south though so it's probably a shade more temperate than those of you that live in the north/Scotland. Walking the kids to school on a frosty morning today was pleasant.

I have my boiler instructed to keep the house at 20 degrees (room temperature) at all times. At this time of year, the effort to get there means it is running for most of the day, apparently.

What are you shocked about?

Leaving the heating on for three days with nobody there would be bonkers.arqueturus wrote: ↑Mon Dec 02, 2019 10:08 amI vote with Stormbringer on this one - I prefer warm to cold. Letting your house get down to 4.5c is bonkers.
