Frazzled! That's a pretty damn good spell, no hit roll and up to 5 wounds each.
Re: Advanced Hero Quest: Quest I: The Halfling Cook
I charge into the room, attacking the champion.

Roll 1d12.

Roll(1d12)+0:
12,+0
Total:12
Ha! Although it's a bit wasted on the champion, could have done with that roll for the warlord later on..

The Champion dies!
Just the Orc Warlord left now!
With a bellow of rage, he charges Terence and strikes with his sword.
Terence nimbly parries the blow.
HERO PHASE BEGIN!

It pretty much went exactly as we'd hoped!
I need to shoot off shortly, so that might be a good point to leave it tonight? By all means come up with a plan without me. I'll be back on in the morning.
And Doug, I might PM you for some details tomorrow about your templates and stuff, so I can start preparing the next quest.

My plan from herein is to just sit in the corner lobbing arrows at the green chap.
Re: Advanced Hero Quest: Quest I: The Halfling Cook
With your higher weapon skill and toughness than me, (plus extra fate points) you're probably more suited to being the tank here. But for now I might as well stay in this position, to protect the wizard.
Also guys, you can use a fate point both ways - to turn a miss into a hit. I personally won't, because I've only got 1 left, but some of you could think of doing that now.
I'm not sure what spells Paulox has left to use....
