I think someone has helped me find this before.

Trying to find a video of a game show fail from back in the day, think it's a national lottery one. Anywaiy contestants answer the questions and the wrong answer means your car gets crushed. Instead of passing the baton on, someone accidentally crushes their own car.

I can't find it anyway, halp!
