Yeah, that was fantastic.

Waffles may be my new favourite D&D character.
Oh good, I was worried I might be veering towards too irritating for some of that

Good fun, utter pandemonium at times watching everyone moving around on their own in the casino.

I enjoyed that though. I had to mute myself a couple of times during the drinks at the inn scene listening to Gronk speaking because I couldn't hold back the laughter. The interplay between all the characters was genuinely very fun to listen to throughout to be honest, what a group!

I'm amazed I made it through the session without demanding to pet Waffles.

Having spoken to Bird, I think we'll be good for 8-10 again next week now.

By then I will have decided whether Renwick has a French, Russian or posh English accent. Having any consistency with voices when you're all off talking to lots of people at once is tough!

It didn't really occur to me at the time, but I don't think you can use Find Familiar to rapidly swap between different animals. You can summon and dismiss it to its little pocket dimension as an action, but actually changing its appearance requires recasting the spell and I just noticed that it has a casting time of an hour, so you'd have to take the time to change it.

Not an issue with how things went, just something that struck me as odd at the time but couldn't quite put my finger on it.

Sorry, my bad - I’d got it in my head that it could be changed at will, but on a re-read it looks like it does need re-casting. #-o

Maybe Korvak was discretely performing a 70 minute ritual in the corridor each time.

TBF that's probably not far off the actual time Waffles spent being chased around the corridors by a guard to the strains of Yakkety Sax

The utility you're getting out of that dog has been quite impressive so far.
