So with Manafort and Cohen now found guilty of tax fraud, campaign fraud and so on....its amazing just how fake all of this is.

I just don't get how he is managing to endure all of this. He's done a good job so far of distracting from one controversial scandal by causing another, but just how much further is he going to get.

I hope that the walls are closing in and he is soon in an untenable position and has to resign. I just can't see him doing so.

I have faintest glimmer of hope that this could finally be it. He's starting to crack:

It's grimly fascinating in its way. If you elect a spoiled toddler, is it even then possible to get rid of said toddler when he acts and behaves in exactly the way you expected when you elected him?

Honestly, I've heard his critics saying that from the start.

Unless he loses his majority in the senate, he should be around for his full term, since it's highly unlikely he'll be impeached for anything (at least that's my understanding).

Mid-terms could make things interesting though, but with the US economy doing so well I would expect the senate majority to be maintained.
