For what it's worth, I do feel a bit bad about throwing that curve ball in so late in the game, but Charr's mischievous side hadn't been out much recently, and during the Hell arc he was getting worryingly close to being the moral centre of the team, so clearly something had to change.

Don’t be sorry - the chaos of Wish works both ways. I initially had no idea how it could realistically play out, and now I have no idea how you’re going to respond to what’s about to happen.

I can imagine it's worked out in such a way that Wrath hasn't had to buff the final boss's health so that it can withstand 200 level 9 Disintegrates.

Or he has but found a way to completely neuter the duplicate Charr's as well 8-[

By the way, I love the dynamic in our group that while I've been fretting about doing bad things and trying to do some things that could be put on the good karma pile, another has been fretting about all the good things he's been doing and so put an almighty spanner in the works :D

I think Slythe just has trouble facing who he really is and tries to convince himself that he's actually good. Nevermind the fact that he had to flee his home city because he robbed a noble lord and slept with his wife, and that when finally confronted by said lord in Neverwinter, rather than face him in an honourable duel, he poisoned his drink with dragon venom and watched him die a pretty horrific death.

Sage is quite clearly the moral centre of the group, everything he does is to help save the material realm, as he so often likes to point out when justifying his actions.

You can't save a material realm without breaking a few peasants, eh?

Let's face it, Truss is the moral centre of our team.

All I'll say on the latter half of that session is that Sage was so very lucky that Ygorl attacked me before I had my turn, because I was absolutely going to just hold action and play you off against one another to see which of you made the better deal.

On the plus side I did just gain immunity to advantage on attack rolls against me:
Elusive
18th level

Beginning at 18th level, you are so evasive that attackers rarely gain the upper hand against you. No attack roll has advantage against you while you aren’t incapacitated.

Got to say that I wasn't expecting that encounter at all. Probably should have really given that I was trying to cheat facing my comeuppance with Ygorl.

Hope it was worth it for the juicy new powers!

We're suitably powered up for a showdown now I think, what with Charr's ability to pretty much manifest whatever he wants into existence and Slythe's ability to dodge lighting.
