Definitely won't make it as I'm being kept in overnight for tests.

I've been having explosive tension headaches the last couple of days so I had to go for a CT scan and lumbar puncture. The junior doctor messed up the first puncture and it was agonising but I've had the most senior chap come to administer the second attempt which was far more comfortable. Just waiting on the results now to be sure I don't have any bleeding on the brain.

Scary stuff, hope they get to the bottom of it mate and that it turns out to be nothing.

Yep, as always, any day pretty much works for me.

I can't do thursday this week (I've got my first honest-to-goodness offline socialising in the best part of six months that evening), but I'd be good for wednesday.

Think I'll be a bit hard pressed for tomorrow as I'm still experiencing lumbar puncture side effects, getting the throbbing headache whenever I'm not lying horizontal.

I can sit up or walk around for about 10 minutes at a time before the fluid drains and the headache kicks in.

Oh man, that sounds rough. :( No worries on tomorrow - I'm away the next couple of weeks so hopefully we'll all be fighting fit for August.

Should be free whenever, we have a few things to fit in this week but will have a bit of notice if I won't be around any day.

Thursday will probably be best for me but could potentially do Wednesday at a push.
