Unfortunately not, I think it's just gonna be that Gretchin left for you this turn.

Okay, so I'll put you in the corridor then? You don't currently have LOS to an adjacent square.

Will S14 do it? If not I'm sure S13 will.

Yeah, that's fine - the 3 damage is enough to kill him in the blast.

You're neck & neck with Sly in the campaign - although you couldn't win this mission Mantis, by taking all these points away from Sly it's looking like you may have prevented him from being able to win it either. Assuming Animalmother bags some points in his next turn.

From your starting position that was probably the best you could hope for. You may well have a more favourable start in the next mission...

Why does that ellipsis make me worry that my squad will open the docking claw doors next mission and run straight into two dreadnoughts. -_-

Stopping Sly from winning this round has basically been my objective since my second turn. Sorry buddy! Our commanders are currently sharing an awkward machismo silence with each other in the top room.

I kinda use ellipsis for everything, without even realising. I don't mean to sound sinister all the time...

You may end up ahead of Sly on points here funnily enough. By going for the win, he rather bore the brunt of the enemy attacks.

I shall engage in more xenophobic slaughter once I get home from work.

Sorry about the delay.

Plasma to H11 and shoot Chaos chappy and his mate.

6 & 3 and a reroll of 1

That any use? :|

Just fyi, the opening post contains the Armour values of each enemy type - the Chaos enemies all have an armour value of 2, same as the Android. Orks are 1, Gretchins are 0. So the Plasma gun, which applies the full damage to every enemy along its path, only needed the 3 to kill both of them (you only need to better the armour value). So no reroll was needed.

You kill both the Chaos Commander and the Ork for another 13 points!

I'm starting to think the dice rolling thing I'm using is a bit borked. While I was waiting I hit the reroll a few times and kept getting 6's then a row of 3's. It might not be so random. Might explain my luck...

I find most of the time, D&D roller is pretty even:

Although I can get on a run of getting 5&6, 4&6, 6&5, etc occasionally. Over a mission it usually evens out.

Yep, that 2 is enough to kill the Ork. So just your Commander left. We're rapidly running out of enemies!
