Is there a square I could position my assault cannon in to target both Gretchin next to Sly's commander?

J24 would do it. Once you killed the first Gretchin, the LOS appears for the second one, and so on. You can pick your targets in sequence with the Assault Cannon.

(Surprised you didn't just lob a missile to that square below Commander Gorman to kill 3 of them together - his force field gives him armour 3 so he would have been invulnerable to AOE damage)

Didn't even think about using a missile, but then I am commanding my troops from the back of a car at the minute so I'm not totally in the game.

The Imperial Fists now have a hoard of enemies to tackle all by themselves. (Animalmother, don't forget you can use your Commanders weapon as either a Heavy Bolter or a Plasma Gun).

Yes you can fire then move or move then fire. There's quite a few options here in terms of how to maximise the number of enemies you can potentially hit. If you have any questions about whether you can hit certain enemies, just ask.

Plus you get rerolls on your Commander, Plasma and Missile Launcher.

Waste?!! That's the perfect roll. You've used 3 of your 6 damage to kill the Chaos Marine, but in doing so you've revealed another Chaos Marine further up the corridor and some Gretchins inside the room.

So you now have the option of using the remaining 3 damage to kill the other Chaos Marine OR the 2 Gretchins you can see:

So that's 2 Chaos Marines shot to ribbons in one turn. This is the Assault Cannon's strength - it gives you options.
