Animalmother, you now have 4 Honour badges and you need to tell me if you want to trade all 4 for another promotion. Each promotion gives you 1 extra Order card.

Mantis, you have 2 Honour Badges and will therefore have 6 Equipment Cards next mission, Sly you have 1 badge and will get 5 Equipment cards.

..

I'm thinking of posting the next mission details on Friday/Saturday? It'll give us all a few days break.

Actually, I'm thinking this might be a suitable time to dishonourably dischar- I mean, retire Lt Gorman. His superiors are starting to ask awkward questions about the empty seats on the return journeys and mutter darkly about the cost of cloning pods.

Ah, that's a shame, mid-campaign. But I guess if you're not really feeling it that's okay - obviously I only want to run this for as long as you all want to do it. We had a good few games out of it at least.

I mean, I don't want to bring things to a screeching halt for everyone if everyone else is enjoying it, perhaps someone else is willing to take up the Blood Angels' command?

Well let's see how Mantis and Animalmother feel - it could be they also think it's perhaps run its course for now. It's a fun/casual forum game, but doesn't quite have the same depth/storytelling potential of something like Advanced Heroquest, with its character sheets, henchmen, fate points, randomised map, etc.

Or we could just treat it as something we can return to at some point in the future? I mean, I have the details saved so it would be no effort on my part to get it going again one day.

I'm fine to carry on at a slower pace or with a break. It doesn't take much time out of my day to pop on to make all my moves and I'm quite enjoying seeing what comes next with the missions.

I'm good to carry on but give it a few days.

"Did you just shoot me?!..." would make for a great tagline if there was a campaign poster

Now may be a good time to have a break for a bit then. I'm on a course for two weeks from next Monday so my availability is going to be heavily limited to only an hour or two an evening anyway, so it'd be nice to not have to try to keep up with the moves.

Hello, I'm Tony from Italy.
I was searching stuff for space crusade and I found you and your Play By Forum. It's good to see someone playing with this classical game.

Even in Italy we play in this way, but we use basic and fanmade rules (i.e. playing outdoor with tau). Check those links if you're interested:
Indoor with dark eldar
Outdoor with chaos marines, tau and master marine

Our pdfs are only in Italian but I hope I have given you new ideas for future missions.
