Really? That sucks, Lenovos used to be tanks with good keyboards.

Do you mean a Windows update? Probably not Lenovo’s fault there, though their quality has been dire for some years now. Did they get sold, or just stop giving a shit?
It was on the Lenovo app that's supposed to keep the drivers updated. I think it was actually updating the app when the problem happened.

The term "platty joobs".

It's one of those phrases that someone seems to have coined, then people started repeating ironically, and now it's caught on. It's awful, and it sounds like it's a horrible euphemism. Maybe I've just got a dirty mind, but allow me to illustrate with the worst thing I've ever said.

I popped the cork and served up the fizz on Her Majesty's platty joobs.

You're welcome.

As someone who has called it the queens jubblies I’m probably not in a position to critique.

The platty joobs celebrations don't sit well with me considering that our lizard Overlord sat so nobly by while her progeny used our money to evade justice for his sex crimes.

What with our elected officials being shameless, corrupt, openly law-breaking scumbags and our unelected sponges waving flags and pretending nothing untoward has happened in recent months, I am totally disillusioned with this country to an extent I've never experienced before. I was never the patriotic type but I used to like the country I lived in and have a modicum of respect for our traditions and institutions. If the jubilee is meant to commemorate 70 years of the Queen sitting on the throne, what she's actually done is overseen Britain slowly shitting the bed.

Oh yeah, I'm not even remotely in favour of the jubilee celebrations themselves; spending millions of pounds celebrating the reign of a monarch who has watched our country shit itself to death over the last decade (let's not forget that she was personally lied to by our standing PM), while a significant portion of our population can't afford to feed themselves properly is just mind-blowingly insulting, and that's before I even get to the fact that I don't approve of the monarchy anyway.

The whole thing leaves a pretty sour taste in my mouth. Combined with how the Tories use being "unpatriotic" as a way to shut down any criticism they face nowadays and the fact that the royal family protected a sexual predator who hangs out in child trafficking circles, the flag shagging is just unsettling. People make a country great and something to be proud, not a bunch of inbred parasites and corrupt politicians who are intent on trashing all of our institutions to make a quick buck for their mates. They're all nothing but thieves.

I envy the French and their practical solution to their own Royal problem.

Happy birthday!

Now to ranting: Papa John’s tracking app, that says your food has been delivered ages before it actually arrives, thus rendering the app as useful as an arse on an elbow.
