Probably not exactly recommended but pop a couple of antihistamines and you'll be struggling to keep your eyes open.

Try watching an incredibly boring lecture. I remember being in a computing class in sixth form college on a warm afternoon and longing to just put my head on the desk and snore, and whenever I struggle to fall asleep I think back to that.
This is what youtube suggested, but I'm kind of engrossed:

Apocalypse Now Redux always sent me right to sleep when I was younger. I tried watching an old guy talk about maps once but it turns out it was kind of fascinating.
Old guy talking about maps > Apocalypse Now.
Old guy talking about maps > Apocalypse Now.
A man who could tell more truth and eat fewer pies.

What about a Desert Bus playthrough?

Now that the sun has disappeared is it ok to moan about the rain again?
Re: The Room 101 thread - for things you hate or just having a bloody good moan
Rain is great in moderation. Enjoying the freshness from it today.

My cat finally moved in with me following the house move a couple of weeks ago. I moved during the week of the heatwave, and it simply wasn't practical to bring an animal that needs to be kept indoors for a couple of weeks while I had to have all of the windows open to prevent me dying while building furniture and moving heavy boxes. I've missed her quite a bit. Now she has never once shown any interest in her own reflection, but now she has full floor-to-ceiling mirrors to contend with. Fen, it turns out, does not like the cat in the mirror. She is asking her to change her ways. By screaming at her. Extremely loudly.
So now I have to sleep in a cardboard box while some blackout window film turns up.

LOL I must be well trained (unlike the moggy)...
As soon as I saw the picture the first thing that went through my head was "Fuck me if I took a pic like that the Mrs would go nuclear at the unmade bed"

Games that exist on multiple platforms (like Steam and Epic Games) but are locked into the shitty distribution platform's friend system so even though friends and I have the same game, we can't fucking play together because I have it on Game Pass or something different to them!

Playing a game on a higher difficulty level, getting your ass handed to you in a ceaseless grind but refusing to drop to an easier difficulty because your too fucking stubborn and you cleared that game on legendary 10 years ago easy enough

Our fantastically tone-deaf marketing department has released a series of internal videos from our COO, entitled COOvids. Awful pun aside, they have nothing to do with COVID, and given that family members of employees have died or suffered severe illness due to COVID, I'm astounded that this passed any kind of litmus test.

I don’t tend to get offended about… well, anything really, but good lord you’d think someone along the way would have suggested it might not be tactful.

Got a new double oven to replace the busted single. Got irritated at the lack of manual.
Decided to use the grille for the first time to have a crack at cooking some smores. Grille heats up look down before I put them in, fucking manuals at the back isn't it.
Had to use a pair of tongs on it.
