As expected, the government is pushing the blame onto the public. Northerners are irresponsible, apparently.
Supposed to be heading up to Bury and Manchester for a few days next week, really don't want to do a 4 1/2 hour drive to find that by the time I get there they've started closing things again. Wish they'd be a bit clearer.
