True, iirc Witcher 3 was also delayed by a few months and look how that turned out...

Indeed. They can take all the time they need, as far as I'm concerned. I'd rather wait half a year and play a perfect game than play an imperfect one sooner.

In a way I’m glad, as Crusader Kings 3 is out in September. Always better to take a couple of months to get it right rather than rush it out the door.

Indeed. This may change after next thursday's stream, but I'm not so excited for the game that this is a massive blow (I've certainly got enough to be playing right now), I'm just looking forward to seeing it in action.
