Don't forget this was mostly the old Battlecry Studio not Bethesda Game Studios themselves. So I don't think there is much to worry about a regarding a dive in quality for Starfield and ES6.
So when Todd was on stage at E3 sayiing this was a joint collaboration between all there top dev studios it was not to be?

GiantBomb refused to review it as no one wanted to spend 20-30 hours in the game.

But one silver lining not sure if wholly true but those that bought the PC version can get refunds on this steaming pile of shit. If you bought get in quick as I doubt it will be offered for very long I reckon.
From what I understand Bethesda Game Studios did all the engine stuff to make the multiplayer work and the old Battlecry Studio did the actual game development. So technically he didn't lie.

It also feels terribly clickbaity. Fallout 76 is seemingly a bad game, but I can't imagine it's worse than famous stinkers like Ride to Hell: Retribution or Aliens: Colonial Marines (the latter of which Giantbomb did review). Games journalists are paid to review games, it's their job; it's not as if I can refuse to go in to work because I don't enjoy it.

Giantbomb are slightly different to a lot of sites as they pick and choose what they review. The don't always review all the big games, Quick Looks are often used instead.

They detailed their plans for the next few updates.

-Increased stash sizes
-Fix boss loot drops
-Fix power armour bug
-Fixing the respawn over-encumbered bug

So exciting stuff.

EDIT: Come on Joe the hype for this game had cratered over the last few months. If you still went into the game thinking it could be good you only have yourself to blame.

this is pure Schadenfreude. Sit back and enjoy and watch a studio go into damage limitation mode

After this and Diablo Infinite, I wonder if any fan boy will go to a press conference with much cause for optimism, but you know they will. They will whoop and a holler like they usually do....because they are sheep.
