Had an evenly balanced game there and it was fun indeed. Went wild with the MG34 and got it to level 3 in just a few rounds. Was playing Domination and it was over and back across the map. Squad was also good and we kept supplying and reviving each other, it's definitely a team game this time around!

So in conclusion, if your team is shite your in for a bad game. Another conclusion, that mountain map is wank.

It's a good one for the aircraft side. I'm enjoying levelling up the planes on it and not bother with the ground aspect.

Big patch and content drop incoming on Dec 4th here's Westie to blather on about it. It's annoying though DICE are rebalancing things and I think it's far too early to be doing that. Let people adjust to the new gunplay a little longer I'd say. Any way here's the update video...

The music isn't really up to the usual standards it it? As in I don't really notice it. I think we were spoiled in BF1.

The music in BF1 was amazing especially the Russian set.

This stuff is okay but it's not BF1 levels of awesome.

BFV is already being reduced in many US retailers due to poor sales. It's only out a week

Is it just anecdotal that it's down to low sales? That seems awfully quick and it was Black Friday the weekend just gone.

That being said, this is already down to £36 on CDKeys.

I probably should have linked the article I read. Sales are down 60% compared to BF1 over same period so they seem to have decided that means it's fucked. I don't get the logic.

The initial marketing on this was abysmal though, it got ripped to pieces rightly or wrongly and I think they really never came back from it despite toning it down.

I hope it does sell well eventually though it's definitely one of their best titles for ages, lots of new things that add to the gameplay. There are some bugs and bits but they'll get ironed out soon enough. It certainly didn't deserve the kicking that the likes of WAB Mack gave it for instance.

I'm enjoying the single player too admittedly it's not an outright AAA experience but it's not what I buy the series for at all. It being a decent shooter in SP is a bonus.

The last game we suddenly spawned on you and you were deep in enemy territory. Lots of 'What the fuck are we doing back here?', then lots of 'ooh we're behind them all '

Its my playstyle. I love flanking around the usual middle map meat shred points and get squads onto the fresh pastures of the enemies backyard get some anti tank mines down etc and shoot people in the back that are on those middle meat shred points.
