Big spread of scores there. Shame. Sounds a bit marmite.

Sounds like a bit of a step back from the second game.

Depends, I preferred the first game to the second. Felt they added a bunch of stuff that wasn't entirely necessary in the second game so for me pairing things back a bit is welcomed.

I think if you scale things back to pretty much entirely concentrate on the combat you need to ensure the combat is on-point, but reading those reviews it doesn't sound like that's the case.

Only managed a quarter of the sales of Farming Simulator 19 in the UK meaning it only managed to chart at number 32 in the UK. Obviously only the UK and only retail sales, but it's not a good sign.

Disapointing then. I was interested in this as well till the stream reviews came out. I can play either styles of first game or second but this does seem to be all over the place.

People who have picked it up are generally pretty positive on it so if you are a fan of Darksiders you will probably like the game. It's also done pretty well on Steam with between 50,000-100,000 sales apparently and there was a quote floating around from the developers that said they would be happy with 100,000 sales. I guess the budget must have been pretty small.

Might grab it later on then. I don't really pick up tittles asking that outrageous price point till it's at the price normal folk can honestly afford.
