Spoiler
I can't really argue with any of those criticisms (save one), suffice it to say I didn't find them problematic. Any time travel plot requires some level of acceptance that it won't make 100% sense from every angle, and I found Endgame's internal logic consistent enough (aside from the very end with Cap, but when you weigh that against the fact that he got his dance, I really couldn't care less about the specifics of how he got there). I did find it amusing that Tony figures out time travel in approximately 5 seconds, though, and the film does gloss over that.
The one thing I will quibble is Scarlett Witch, because given her displays of extreme power in previous films I wasn't at all surprised that she could go toe to toe with non-gauntlet Thanos. Remember when she entered the battlefield in Infinity War and annihilated half an army with their own weapons in a few seconds? Yeah, in MCU power terms she is up there with the top-tier, and I'm glad Endgame gave her the chance to strut.
