Has anyone subscribed to this ?

Is it worth it for 60 quid per annum ?

I've got it, but I've not subscribed; If you buy any sizeable Apple hardware (iPhone, iPad, Mac), you get it included.

I've not watched many of the shows (we don't actually watch that much TV), but I've seen Mythic Quest: Raven's Banquet which was good fun. It's Mac from Always Sunny as the CEO of a game company.

I've been highly recommended Ted Lasso which is on there, too.

And that's the story of why I'm not allowed near pregnant women for the next few weeks.

There’s a bunch of good stuff but there’s not a huge quantity. I can see you running out of stuff in a few months if you’re a moderately voracious watcher.

just what I thought. I might get a new iPad this year as my old run will not run many apps today and Facetime keeps crashing because of planned obsolence (yeah nice one Cook - get them to buy more of our shit because we purposely break older models ;) )

I will get Apple + then. Watched 2 episodes of Lasslo for free - it is very good but not worth £60. There is also Harlem Godfather but after reading IMDB user reviews who said its mediocre - I will give it a miss.

What Ipad have you got? Unless its a pre Air model it should be ok. The Air1 is a bit choppy when scrolling web pages but the Air2 is perfectly fine still. Might be worth giving it a full wipe.

Facetime not Facebook (I go on Facebook once every 4 months...if I have to).

Its the 3rd gen aka "New iPad". It plays 90% apps but some will not load like Barclays. To be honest I do not care for Apple products but my brother loves them and he got our mum an iPad, so when I see them it is usually via Facetime. When it fails - which is often - I opt for Whatsapp video which has a far fewer issues.

Neither do I but I've watched the first two episodes, enjoying it so far. Been a lover of the books since my teens.

I thought I'd get all the books so I can fill in the back story. I'm reading them in published order and currently on the third book. Having looked at the trailer, I think this TV series might be based on the next 3 books I haven't got to. Basically the prequels when the Empire is still in its heyday.
