SAS Rogue Heroes
Another historical drama about the formation of the SAS in WW2 North Africa. Historical accuracy takes a bit of a back seat, everyone is too good looking and often talk in long monologues. It's good fun though and very sweary  The characters are all nutcases and some are borderline psychotic in places. Action is gritty mixed with silly but always good fun. Have 2 more episodes to go so looking forward to that.
You are in for a treat. Wait until you hear Overkill by Motorhead kick in, sit back and enjoy.

Very appropriate song title for that scene  Paddy Mayne is hilarious but I'd imagine in real life he was a fucking nightmare to be around.

Schmigadoon Season 2: Schmicago
God dang wondeful. Loved it! So much fun, plenty of laughs and really well made. I hope they get green-lit for a third season. Magic.

Silo
People survive in a huge Fallout(ish) style underground vault after an unknown event has poisoned the surface. 3 episodes in and I'm really enjoying it, bit of a slow burn but very good.

Just started watching Mr Inbetween on the recommendation of a mate.

Australian show about Ray, a divorced guy with a young daughter and a brother in the early stages of motor neurone disease. He works as a doorman at a strip club and is also a hitman. Only a couple of episodes in (each is only 25 mins long, so easy to watch in bites) but am enjoying it. Ray is an interesting character, in some ways a kind and generous guy but also absolutely stone-cold in others.

Worth a look, will post more when I have watched more.
Onto the final season (3) of Mr Inbetween. It is quite something. Almost to the point that I don't know if I recommend it because the lead character Ray (who is brilliantly cast and portrayed) is the single meanest most stone-cold soulless fucker I have ever seen imagined onscreen. You get to understand his code, such as it is, and you just know when he is going to respond. But god it is cold. The end of the second season had me, who sits dry-eyed through virtually everything I watch, streaming with tears. It is absolutely phenomenally good, in terms of what it is portraying, and you just know that versions of Ray and his various friends exist out there which makes it so damnably chilling. And then they throw in some of the sickest, twisted and blackest comedy I have seen with some of the dialogue and even events. I have a very dark sense of humour, but even I winced (while laughing) at some points.

So yeah, I do recommend you watch it but only on the understanding that you are going to sit through some properly harrowing television. Initially I thought the 30 minute episodes were great because they gave you bite-sized chunks of the story-arc, but I think they did it so people could pause between some of the episodes and go "Fuck me...". Took me about 3-4 weeks from watching the end of S2 to start S3, but then I have eaten half of it in one sitting. What's in his mate's black plastic bag triggered one of the loudest and most incredulous laughs I have bellowed in many moons, but if you want to know what you have to watch it.

That said, if you know it isn't for you then
Spoiler
His mate, who early in the first series calls Ray to claim ownership of the mate's golden shower porn DVDs to his loony Russian wife in order to retrieve them for said mate, gets sent back to the house later in S3 to pick up 'the black plastic bag'. Ray duly does the decent thing by his mate and goes and gets it. Naturally he doesn't look what's in it.

I spat tea all over myself at that moment.

Mr in-between was fab. He is really unlucky in life. If anything can happen it will.

Just started Reacher season 2. I don't remember it being so hung ho. Fun so far though

Ray just has the best lines. He delivers them so deadpan, but always says exactly what the viewer is thinking

Pleased to have recommended it. A mate suggested it to me and I had never heard of it, but really enjoyed it - even if he is the single coldest bastard ever committed to the small screen!

Going to double down on Reacher season 2. So far it feels like it's been written by a team who does CSI <insert place name>.
The 'team' in the series are clueless.
The IT person didn't have a USB-a to USB-c adapter. And still had to check the laptop physically to know it wouldn't fit.
A team member password locks a USB stick with the weakest password ever... but they still work it out with the correct capitalisation.
They kill everyone that could help the investigation.
Reacher goes from being a genius to a meathead depending on the scene.

This just seems to be a trope filled mishmash.
I must re-watch season 1 as I remember liking it.
