The Sandman

Ironically in the first episode when he managed to escape his cage, he successfully managed to send me to sleep. One episode was enough for me.

5/10

I watched the first 2 episodes and I'm still not sure what to make of it. The acting is pretty rough in places which I don't necessarily think is the actors fault. I'll watch a couple more and see if I stick with it. This being Netflix I'm sure they've already decided to cancel the series.

Well, I'm really enjoying it.

Does the main character actually sound like Neil Gaiman or is that my imagination?

Better Call Saul is shaping up for a pretty grim end by the looks of things. The last few episodes have been fantastic.

I'm really going to miss this show and world when it's finished. I can't see where there would be room for any further spin offs that wouldn't be totally unnecessary.

I still can't decide if it's better than Breaking Bad (it's at least as good), or whether that comparison is even valid, but it's grown into something magnificent. I'm genuinely tense for how it will end.

Breaking Bad was like finding an exquisite wine cellar, Better Call Saul has been like drinking the best bottles in that cellar! :D

I'm on the final episode of season 3. It takes its time, which I actually really appreciate, but it's really enjoyable with great characters.

That was great! Cliffhanger ending not so much though, that was frustrating.

Who’d have thought I’d have been dying to see Chris Walken smootch John Turturro

Fantastic ending for Better Call Saul. Really enjoyed the pacing and character work of that. Wasn't expecting it to pan out the way it did at all.

I think a Breaking Bad rewatch is going to be on the cards now.

We've got two left!

Same. I'm tempted to watch both as a double-header, but given how this series usually goes I suspect that might be a bit heavy (I think they'd be over two hours between them). I've actually been slightly disappointed in some of the episodes following the hiatus; they're of the usual high quality of course, but the story took a direction I wasn't expecting it to. I'm actually a little apprehensive about how it's going to end.

I thought the ending was great and absolutely fitting.
Spoiler
It might not have been the rollercoaster that BB’s final few episodes were, but as a character piece it was superb. I’m going to be mulling on the end for a while, but it’s both heartwarming and heartbreaking that Saul (or Jimmy, rather) admitted everything seemingly for sole reason of Kim’s respect. He could have taken the 7 years, he could even have given the truth because he was tired of running or to show everyone how brilliant he actually is (which I think is what he wanted everyone to believe), but really I think he just wanted Kim to see him being completely open and honest for once.

Watched a bit more of Sandman and enjoying it now. Liked the episode that stays in one location.

Is that the diner? Yeah, that started off really low-key and sure went to some places

There's another one coming up that's really good as well, without giving any spoilers it's where you see what Dream's sister does for a living.

Honestly, I really enjoyed it, looking forward to the next season.
