There were several scenes where a buzzing fly made an appearance. It happened often enough that I picked u on it, figuring if it happened by chance during filming they would likely have re-shot the scene. It must be deliberate was my deduction, but no reference was made to it during S1.

I'll be honest, I didn't notice that at all. However, a bit of googling suggests that it could well be relevant for series 2. Potential spoilers abound though if you go looking for it.

Yup, I had a quick google and saw in big letters spoilers for season 1 and possible for season 2 - if they're based on the comic.

I won't be going looking there then, but patting myself on the back for being the observant type!

I still love the way my attitude changed to the characters. I flip flop from feeling sorry and empathising with them to thinking they're dicks.

Loved it.

Stranger Things S3

5/10

Another show that lost its way. I lost all interest by episode 5. Russians building a secret massive underground base and a monster the size of a building that is invisible to everyone except our heroes.

Some of the comments in this video are spot on. Pace, plot and characterization is all over the shop and any sense of gritty realism or believably is sacrificed for plot and story beats. And stop with the nostalgia fixation on everything 80s. I am a child and teen of the 80s and I love that decade but even I know when enough is enough.

They should really stop now at season 3. This was a one season at best.
