....just don't over-egg it. This is the first film of this re-telling and it already has Catwomen in it.

Partially a concern of mine. Its already got Catwoman, Riddler and Penguin. Still, looking forward to how this pans out.

I don't object to them throwing a whole load of classic villains in there so long as they're not all vying for screen time. Reference them, show them briefly, sure, but shoving multiple top-level villains into a superhero film seldom works (Into the Spiderverse is the only one that comes to mind where it worked).

I'm going to be really disappointed if this is a flop. It looks fantastic.

I LOVE this Matrix Resurrections review. So much.
Spoiler
Then there's Ryan George's "Pitch Meeting" take on this idiotic mess:
If Edwin's being an Edwin does he call himself an Edwin?

Loved Joker, but did it really need a sequel?

It certainly doesn't need a sequel, but I'll happily watch one.

....what in the fuck? That is the weirdest thing I can remember Disney putting out in years. There are other (as far as I'm aware) non-Disney franchises in there, and it's a mix of realistic CGI and cell-shaded animation? It's like a weird, Who Framed Roger Rabbit-style meta animation. And it features Roger Rabbit.
