I think my two points (three if you accept that Hotpie and Drogon opened their barbecue restaurant; nothing in the show suggests it was wrong) makes me qualified to be King Mantis' Hand.

Not in this instance, it was just painfully obvious what would happen given how badly they've plotted everything else out. Even I didn't expect something as moronic as making Bronn a member of the small council and Sam Grand Maester though.
