Unlikely after that performance. First game and all that, only one training session but the tactics, formation and personal wasn't great.

So Napoli has sacked Ancelotti, I wonder if that will put him on Arsenal's radar.

I think he could do a job until the end of the season but isn't a good long term fit. The noises out of the club are that they have someone in mind and if they can get them they will appoint them now but if they can't Freddie will get till the end of the season. So it doesn't sound like Ancelotti is being considered.

So, looks like Arteta will be appointed as Arsenal manager today. Feels like a massive job as your first managerial role. What do you think about it Dj?

It's a risk, as any managerial appointment is nowadays but he's been saying the right things. I just hope he gets the time needed to sort out the massive mess that the club is in right now both from fans and the board.

Ancelotti confirmed as in at Everton.

Poor Moyesy, will he ever work again?

I guess I should've been more specific I meant 'work again' in a manager capacity and not selling pies or the match day programmes. :)

You know things are looking bad when the manager you sacked for being too shit is a more attractive option than the guy you brought in to replace him.

Oh, Hammers.

Big news for sure. Will wait though to see what happens with the appeal to CAS.

They'll no doubt weasel out of it somehow.
