I agree, Go gives me goosebumps. Also worth checking out the white star liner ep as well, I forgot to link to that.

Surprising absolutely no one I've preordered the Bluray.

Dopamine, by SYQEM:

Their first release in years, and a seemingly-worthy follow-up to their excellent Reflections of Elephants.

Mostly Meshuggah at the moment. Lots of stress in my life at the moment and the aggression and dissonance is cathartic.

Meshuggah is my go to when I'm stressed out and need to relax a bit too. I just listen to Catchy Thirtythree a couple of times and it sorts me right out. One of the best metal albums of all time.

Really wish I'd seen them live back when they played more from it.

Yeah live they are utterly spectacular, they are on my rarified "always see" list. I find that watching them live I get almost transendental where I am not actively listening to them, more riding the waves of sound and light that they project. Also agree, those early albums are something special.

Not an early track, but hopefully the visuals help make my point

I watched a few more live videos and then this popped up on my Youtube recommendations. It gave me a little chuckle.

Haha thanks for sharing Dave, that was brilliant. The old boy at the beginning, plus the lassie at the bus stop ending the song by signalling the bus driver were particular highlights

I've been listening to King Mothership's debut album The Ritual, and it's amazing! This is a side-project featuring Spencer Sotelo and Matt Halpern from Periphery. I love Spencer's voice, so it's nice to hear something a bit different from him.

The title track reminds me of Nightmare Before Christmas:
