I didn’t make it 10mins into his new Podcast before noping out. 3hours and 20mins of that sounds like torture.
I'm a bit like that with most podcasts over a hour these days never mind 3 hours and 20 mins. That's just mental.

I'm not into football at all but found this really interesting. It's just a very sad story of a tragedy that never should have happened and a footballer and pilot put under immense pressure to be somewhere quickly in a plane that wasn't airworthy. Sala's last message before the flight was he was afraid for his safety. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy.

Yeah it's pretty fucked up. I really hope he doesn't turn out to be a a piece of shit. At least the podcast is still going and they seem to be trying to deal with it.

Not great, is it. But unlike someone like Roiland, who is an absolute creep, Ben's offenses seem to stem from alcohol abuse, and hopefully if he can get treatment for that there's a path back to redemption for him.

Sherlock & Co
An interesting take on the Sherlock Holmes story. Dr. Watson is attempting to record a podcast when he starts a flat share with Sherlock Holmes. It's obviously a comedy and I'm guessing loosely based on the Sherlock tv show style. Listened to the first few episodes and it's good fun.

My favourite podcast at the moment is Fall of Civilisations. Each episode focuses on a bygone civilisation and charts its rise and fall. Some of them are feature length (generally they are around two hours a piece, but the longest is >four hours), but really listenable and accessible.

No news about it but does anyone listening to Last Podcast on the Left think it's so much better now that Ben's gone? It feels more relaxed and Ed Larson is absolutely hilarious as the 3rd host.
