Demo drops at 5pm and it’s the first 3 hour chunk of the game, multiplayer and everything. Looks great and seems like they have faith in it. Also the save game from the demo carries over to retail release, blooming love trials that do that!

What is this? Is it PC or only on console?

It’s on everything except switch and is cross play with everything. Three player coop from the Bulletstorm folk.

from a business perspective I think they are forward thinking. I like cross play and auto upgrade to the new consoles, keep character progression and exchange guns for parts. Good ideas that should be copied

Those are becoming fairly standard features across the board with a lot of titles already.

My commission rates are very competitive.
I'm sure there are published lists online, but there are quite a few titles I can think of just from the top of my head that have added some form of cross play in as a feature or launched with it. Fortnite, Dead by Daylight, Rocket League, CoD Warzone, Smite, Among Us, Genshin Impact, Spellbreakers. The Diablo 2 remake is launching with cross progress saves; I'm sure the list of games that support progress between platforms is pretty large too.
It helps a lot that Microsoft have taken the approach of bringing all their Xbox content to PC I think. It breaks down barriers and makes others want to follow suit. Developers have always been keen for it, it's the platforms themselves who have always been resistant in the past.
