It looks great, DefinitelyNotCuba is such a great location for a... colourful game. It's just a shame that it'll probably be based around a tedious Ubisoft Map Icon-fest where the stuff in that trailer will make up 5% of the experience.

Oh I kinda like the Far Cry series (nobody mention the vile thing that was 2 in my hearing though). Mindless shooting that lets me slither about like a highly greased ninja popping headshots from range and causing as much enviromental chaos as possible.
I have not gone back to 5 purely because of the shit central storyline where you would be dragged into one of 5 different character story missions as soon as you reached particular levels of infamy. The missions were shit and I took exception to, at one point, getting a tranquiliser dart in the leg while flying a fighter plane 300 feet above the ground (fade to black and come around in a terrible story mission). Clearly the same guys armed with tranq guns as those which man sniper towers in Ghost Recon Breakpoint that can headshot passing player helo pilots!
*But* stop moaning Snowy, I was saying that I usually enjoy a spot of Far Cry stupidity even if they do always put in awful fucking on-rails missions usually involving some risible psychedelia.
Damn it, fuck you Snowy I DO like the series. It just also always pisses me off with the own goals. Packed maps don't bother me though.

Aye, agreed, I always play Far Crys to completion myself, even those shitty, sadistic driving/flying missions....

Far Cry 2 is still one of my favourites of the series. Clunky as fuck and an utter pain in the bollocks in many gameplay choices but still a good game.
I'll probably be waiting on reviews of 6 after how 5 turned out but I'm hopeful it will be good.
