That's the sort of info I was after, thanks. And no Mantis, I'm not interested in the multiplayer (although I'm surprised that a Microsoft first-party title suffers from hacking); I just think this would fill the "visceral action game" void that Doom left after I finished it.

I tell you what isn't a fun part of the experience; downloading a 133gb game at 18Mb/s. It's going to be 2 days before I can actually play at this rate. My connection's capable of three times that. I seem to recall this was a problem years ago when they released a demo of something; it's astonishing that Microsoft of all people have this poor a download rate.

I know, it's a crazily large download. Up until this point I think 60gb was the largest game I've ever downloaded, and this more than doubles that. I think had I known how slow it would be to get I might not have bothered. I've been downloading for about 12 hours now and it's still only 80% done.

Epic didn't have anything to do with GoW 4 to be fair to them, was developed by the Coalition so it's all on Microsoft.
