How will that work ?
Will selling be confined to your own country to prevent profiteering over F/X ?
Will there be a cool down period on when you can sell your game after buying ?

Not really sure how this could be implemented given that I don't even really own my games on Steam, I simply pay for an indeterminate amount of time to access the licence to use it.

just read the verdict on Eurogamer- if Valve refuses to abide by the ruling they will get fined 3k Euros a day for 6 months
That is 1/2 million Euros
That is peanuts to me - they will pay the fine

It does set a precedent for dominoes to follow suit and other mixed metaphors.

you know what even if HL3 is announced a good majority of people have past caring. Its like when you have a long distance relationship. It never lasts because the promise of "one day" is not good enough when you meet someone else.

While I enjoyed HL2 a lot, I feel like at this point there's nothing they could do that wouldn't make HL3 a disappointment. Too much time has passed, people's expectations have been set too high... and also their nostalgia about HL2 which while a good game seems to have become something extraordinary in a lot of people's minds.
If they're wise they'll just leave the series where it is.

Oh yeah, I lost interest in a Half Life 3 years ago, but then I always considered Half Life 2 to be overrated anyway (it had great world design, but the shooting mechanics were mediocre at best). I'd happily take a Portal 3, but I don't see that happening either.

Remote play together entering beta on October 21st. Essentially play local cop-op games online.

EA officially coming back to Steam, Jedi Fallen Order will be the first game that will be available on Steam. They will also be bringing EA Access to Steam sometime in the spring next year, it will be a service more along the lines of that offered on consoles so it will have a reduced library.
