It's the sort of thing I like on paper, but the talk of it being a bit grindy has put me off a little after recent experience with Graveyard Keeper...

It's on my radar but I think it's a bit of a misnomer to say it is like Stardew Valley. I read an article this morning and there didn't appear to be much farming involved, talked mainly about mining and constructing.

With the disclaimer that this is about an EA build nearly a year ago, and therefore may be different in the final version, I think this piece on RPS sums up my concerns with what I've heard elsewhere:
That core loop of building stuff to make stuff that allows you to build something else to unlock that other stuff you need to build that thing is what killed of Graveyard Keeper for me. Once the initial novelty wears off it became quickly apparent the game was 95% busywork for little reward.
I might skip it until someone else has played the role of canary, or a big discount.
Starts off as you being a tech support person but gradually opens up a world of intrigue, hacking and the like. I bloody loved Uplink and this sounds like it's cut from a similar cloth.
Colour me interested.

Think I am going to grab this as it looks like fun
Looks nice but I would prefer it to be first person view myself.

From the creators of Hyper Light Drifter, another gorgeous looking game named Solar Ash Kingdom:
It looks a little bit like Breath of the Wild, but replacing Hyrule with Outland from the Warcraft series. Lots of colour, lots of alien landscapes, and a distinctly alternative take on gravity. No idea what style of game it's going to be.
