Again the old lack of a checkout trolley causing problems, who'dve thunked it.
For all their millions and billions in the bank they don't half come across like a complete and utter tinpot organisation.

It's kind of getting silly how often stories are coming out about the Epic Store.
Yesterday it was reported that an individual had asked Epic to send them all the personal information they had collected on them, which they duly did. Unfortunately they also sent it to another random member of the public. Luckily that person contacted Epic to let them know and they then contacted the first individual to notify them of their mistake. It's not exactly a massive issue but it does raise further doubts about the processes Epic are using to run their store and the belief that it's all a bit slapdash, with security and users being at the bottom of the pile in terms of stuff they are focusing on.

Jesus.
Remember when certain parts of the gaming press mocked people as conspiracy theorists for raising security concerns?

City of Brass, a first person roguelike, will be the free game next week.
Sweeney was out on Twitter trying to convince the world that the Epic Store is a completely altruistic undertaking, it's about making the world a better place, not making Epic money.
He also makes that tired old claim that more profits for developers and publishers will lead to lower costs for gamers, you know like all those other times...
