Really...I mean, really !

Unsurprising given companies penchant for trademarking these days, but ultimately pretty meaningless really.

Are there a tonne of developers clamouring to emulate the same visual style? I found it fairly mundane and unremarkable.

There are things worth getting upset about, and this isn't one of them.

It's just a trademark for the terms themselves rather than the style, not sure there is anything wrong with that.
